Absolutely shocking “service” and supposedly an Alfa specialist!?! First and last time coming here!!!! My car came back with 3 faults(I’ve never had an issue with my car in the 4 years I’ve had it). Pete has avoided calls and visits ever since. Over £300 in total spent on car for it to end up completely knackered as it’s not even drivable now! I’m registered disabled and he’s left me without a car(which was in perfect condition when it went in) so now struggling to get around. Reported to trading standards via the CAB. If you value your car take it elsewhere!!

This garage was used to repair an engine light in my car by recommendation of the garage I bought it from. My car went in 3 times (twice delivered by me and once by the garage), the fault on the engine was not found until the third time. When I got there when I was told to by the older man there, I was told to come back later because he had too much to do, I explained I have driven 45 mins to get there after he told me to. I was given a filthy courtesy car which was in awful condition and the seat is no longer adjustable as broken making it difficult to drive. I was told I’d have this until my car was fixed. An hour later I was called and ordered to return the car as the weren’t able to fix my car for 4 days which left me without transport. This argumentative phone call with the employee of cloverleaf left me feeling angry, upset, disrespected and I was told I was lying about the information I was given with the terms of the courtesy car. I was forced to walk 3.5 hours home after returning the courtesy car. The man in the garage spoke to me as though I’d done wrong and swore at me. Even though this was over a week ago, I am still really angry. I will not be recommending this company. Disgusting behaviour and cannot be tolerated. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with this man. I think his name may have been Peter. I have also been given no paperwork for the work done on my car.

This is a Fiat and Alfa independant specialist who do a proper job as they know the marques inside out. As there is no Fiat dealership within a forty mile radius they are kept very busy, but nothing is too much trouble.
