I have been using this garage for some years because of their expertise and value for money, but on my last visit they proved that they really care about customer service and satisfaction. A misfire developed following the service, and the team were completely intent on fixing the problem and then making sure that I was completely happy that the car had been fixed. It was quite unlike any experience I have had with any other garage in my 40 years of motoring. Exceptional!

After my local Ford dealer were unable to diagnose a smell of diesel fuel in my Fiesta I booked the car into Clive Woolford to investigate the problem. They traced the smell to a split overspill fuel pipe leading from the diesel injector and replaced all pipes. Not only did this sort the problem but the garage also saved me money in lower fuel bills due to no more fuel leaks. When I collected the car they clearly explained the work carried out. Excellent at diagnostics. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for expertise and helpfulness.
