Cleevely Motors, Cheltenham

If you want good service and mechanics who are very skilled and experienced take your car to Cleevely Motors. They have a great reputation. Recently they have expanded to new premises in Lansdowne industrial estate which has much more room. It is close to a micro brewery which may be another reason to go!

My Toyota Main Dealer serviced my Yaris. They recommended the replacement of a leaking water pump. I booked the car into a small local garage for the work to be done. They pointed to an old coolant stain on the engine block and no evidence of any leak nor coolant loss. They said it was not uncommon for Main Dealers to fish for unnecessary work. The garage did not make any charge - even though they lost a job and a slot. The garage - Cleeveley Motors, Tivoli, Cheltenham. I am mightily impressed. William Burrows.

Great to find a garage with excellent customer service and most importantly fixed the problem first time around. I took my Peugeot 307 to Matt at Cleevely and he diagnosed and fixed a long running intermittent problem with the clutch. As it was intermittent he wasn't able to fully retest the car but he genuinely concerned to make sure the problem was fixed and to bring it back if there were any issues. Would highly recommend.

My family has used this small independent garage for many years. I have recommended them to dozens of people who have found the same excellent service that we have. They go the extra mile very time for their customers and they take a pride in fixing rather than replacing where possible.
