Primarily used for servicing for the last 3 years. My car (v.w. golf mk5 1.9tdi) developed a whistling sound, so I phoned up and asked if they could have a look at it for me a.s.a.p. Please, as I was panicking a bit, "could i call down now" was the reply, So i did, they hooked it up and ran a few tests, It still whistles a bit, like an ambulance siren when driving it gently. I was assured it was 100% o.k. and running fine. That was 18 months ago and FREE of any charge for their time. My golf has been back for another service, new pads and calipers on the rear (250.00)All in. The guy who runs/owns C.I.V.S. takes his time to answer my questions (in a good way). So excellent service, all round. Wazza. P.S. my only complaint is its the other side of town through B$£%£Y traffic:)

Have been bringing my Skodas here for past three years. Friendly service, accurate quotes and quick turnaround. I've had a major problem with my Octavia VRS injectors, and rather than fleecing me, the garage got the work done by dealer as it had been a past recall item. Free of charge.
