"Very bad customer service"

I have a Renault Clio brought from this garage since new and they have been very poor at serving my car, The oil sump plug always leaked after a service and I needed to go back 3 times and because I had the service done on a Saturday I had oil stains all over my driveway till the the car was booked back in again and then became worried about driving the car any distance because of oil loss from the engine. I even had to complain to Renault head office to try and get the garage to fix the car. I also had a problem with a replacement bonnet catch that didn't work after they replaced it so I could not open the bonnet to check for oil and water. I could go on but I don't want to bore you to much
