I have noticed that when I wrote my review in May 2012 I inadvertently posted it under "Anonymous" and as I am always suspicious of anonymous postings of any kind I thought I should add my name to show that the review was genuine. I can confirm that my view of this garage has not changed in any way since the review I wrote in May 2012. I have had subsequent services and repairs which have always been carried out expertly and efficiently. The directors and staff are superb and as I said previously not only would I recommend this establishment to anyone I actually have to both friends and relatives in the past and will continue to do so in the future. My car is now 12 years old but they still treat me and the car as if I had just purchased it from them, nothing is too much trouble and you cannot get better than that!! Paul Meakin. Langley Mill

I purchased my car from this Garage almost 8 years ago and it has always been serviced by them. Whenever I have had a problem I have visited them and the Service Manager has always come out to look at the car, if required taken the car out for a run to check the problem and then fixed the problem or arranged a date to do so. The staff and the Directors are excellent always friendly and helpful. I have recommened this garage to numerous friends and indeed purchases have resulted. For example last December my front sidelight bulb failed and try as I might I could not get the old bulb out of the socket so I visited the garage, I explained my problem and they fixed it immediately although it took some doing! I hadn't realised that they were actually finishing for the Christmas holiday and their Christmas meals were waiting but they sorted my problem out first, that is what you call superb customer service! I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone.
