We bought a mirage previously from this garage which was mint but this time we bought a swift sz 4 66 plate from a Suzuki franchise (variava seemed a very nice car curiously the car was ticking over with the air con on and fan blowing prior to test drive the salesman took the car out on test drive and we swapped over so I could drive the car back I switched the air con off during test drive and I came up to a junction when I faced the front I noticed the air con button on again I did not realize at the time but it was to hide the smell of smoke in the car I had a cold at the time so did not smell it the salesman knew though. I drove 300 miles to get the car and took the salesman at his word that the car was a 1 when I got home I had a look round next day and I started to get my sense of smell back and it dawned on me why air con was on to hide the smoky interior NIFF then I noticed the door slam area where rear doors shut had paint worn of. Sadly I will not be buying another car here these things should have been attended to in pre customer collection inspection Suzuki customer service said they have no control over Suzuki dealerships and reffered me back to dealership you pay a premium price at brand dealerships so would expect things to be done properly

! acquired a second hand Alfa Romeo Spider in June 2012 from this garage. The car soon developed a faulty EGR valve which they replaced under warranty. It still wasn't running smoothly so it went back to the garage and they did a thorough investigation and fitted a second EGR valve together with a new inlet manifold all under warranty and without charge. The car now runs perfectly. The service staff also advised me how to change my style of driving to help prevent a future occurence of the fault.
