SO SO PLEASED I COULD HAVE SPEND HUNDREDS ON BEING TOLD WRONG THING WRONG WITH CAR. JAMES KNEW STRAIGHT AWAY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND THE COST WAS SO MUCH CHEAPER. I WONT BE TAKING MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE ONLY HERE IN FUTURE. ONE VERY VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER.

My Citroen BX failed its MoT at my local garage on various suspension and steering leaks. All they knew to do was replace everything that leaked, which was going to cost a lot. James has trained on BXs, knew why the leaks were happening and solved the problem at source - only one part needed replacement. He also put it through an MOT - it passed easily. He charged remarkably little and was very helpful. I will use him again and recommend him if, like me, you want to keep an old Citroen on the road.

James knew all about my elderly Citroen BX and fixed it economically by identifying exactly what was wrong first time. An ordinary garage had quoted me five times what it cost to have James do the reBad Points

"Brilliant, competent, knowledgeable, James is a Citroen Pluriel roof genius, the main agents are recommending him and he is much cheaper, u would be foolish to go anywhere else; despite the journey from North zNorfolk to Staffs very highly recommmended!"

On recommendation from Citroen Main Agent in Norfolk (Duff Morgan) also honest John gives him the thumbs up. I emailed James Nicklin of Citroen Chevron Brewood Staffs arranged for Roof Repair of Citroen Pluriel. No problem, visited from North Norfolk, arrranged for overnight stay in Lion Hotel Brewood (pronounced Brood apparently). Next morning delivered the car at agreed time, advised could be up to 4 hours. James dropped us off at the Bridge Inn and recommmended a canal walk to see Telford’s Aqua-duct over the A5, by the time we had walked there and back and had a bite of lunch he phoned to advise the car was ready, 10minutes later he picked us up. The bill was just about a third of what we were anticipating at just over £200. We turned the journey into a mini break and had a great time, Brewood is a lovely little place.

I visited this garage for roof repairs. No one else would touch it, however this garage was confident the repairs could be done. I was not let down! I was greeted and given an estimate. Then I was driven to the local village whilst I waited. When I returned after four hours the roof was as good as new. Everything worked and the estimate was bob on! Only £330 instead of a !2500 new roof. I would reccomend this garage to anyone who wants their pluriel serviced!

"Fantastic customer service, price and workmanship!"

I own a Citroen Pluriel. It's a fun car that suits our needs as it's a nippy little run around that will has bags of room (4 people and camping gear including tents all fit into the car!), is a great load carrier (we can fit the dog's crate in) and is a soft top as well. The well documented downside is the reliability of the roof mechanism which breaks. It also means you can't get into the boot if this happens as the boot lock is linked to the roof mechanism. The Citroen dealer estimated the cost to be £4,000 plus £150 to see if they could fix it. This was more than the car is worth. I looked on the web and found Chevron Citroen in Brewood, Staffordshire, who stated that they would do the work at a fraction of the cost that the dealer was quoting. I phoned them and when I found out the price, booked the car in immedidately. The total cost of the work was less than 20% of what Citroen quoted, and within that price the car was serviced and MOTd. I couldn't have had a better experience of taking a car to the garage. Although it was a long drive I saved thousands of pounds (to be honest I would have scrapped the car). The customer service put many larger garages to shame, the work was professional and done within a day. My dealer wanted the car for well over a week, James completed the work in a day. I cannot speak highly enough of this garage and am recommending it to any Pluriel owner I see because not only is the service excellent (and the parts and work guaranteed) the price I was quoted by the dealer is frankly ridiculous. It's well worth the drive from any part of the country (we live in Kent) to get the car sorted out at Chevron Citroen.
