We have used charlie taylors for over 10 years for our cars. More recently, the garage has been bought and taken over by alex. We took our jag f pace in as soon as the emissions amber warning light came on the dash. Knowling JLR’s poor record with dpf’s failing, alex got straight to it and diagnosed the problem. He Worked closely with our warrenty company to get authorisation for the work which was a whole new dpf after investigation. He kept in contact with us throughout. The work has now been completed and the car is running better than ever. The warrenty paid out. If you want your vehicle looking after by experts, you need to use these guys. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Charlie Taylor is a good rally driver and knows his stuff on a wide range of cars. Nothing is too much trouble and his customer service cannot be faulted. He has even called to collect my car at home and delivered it after its service, all for free. (OK, I live en route to and from his garage) His prices are extremely competitive.
