A small garage on a main road with parking on site for cars booked in. Otherwise park in the adjacent side street. It is worth the effort, as these guys are great. I have had a 139,000 Accord Est serviced here, as well as a later Honda CRV and also persuaded my husband to wave goodbye to the Porsche garage and bring his Boxster S here where they resolved an issue for a fraction of the price quoted by Porsche, using genuine parts too. They explain everything properly, won't do what doesn't need doing and will advise you of anything that is likely to need doing in the future. They don't rip you off on tyres should you require them & give you options in all price brackets. There is no fancy seating area/coffee machine etc, but you will get a good, honest job done here. Once my Golf Estate is out of warranty in September, it too will be introduced to Chapples.
