I've taken my cars to several times and chapel garage are qaulity

Taken my car to this garage on two occasions now, once last year and once this year with two different cars. Both times they fobbed me off with the line "We've tested your car but can't find the fault. Both occasions this has cost me 1.5 days and no work has been done. Yet, when I have taken the cars to another garage they said the diagnostics show up straight away and fixed the car within half a day. The mechanics in the other garage assume that Chapel spotted the problem but simply couldn't be bothered to do the work, but wasted 3 days of my time in the process. No a reliable garage whatsoever in my opinion and people need to be very careful taking a car there to be serviced or repaired, especially if it's not an obvious problem.

My car was towed in to the garage a distance of 5 miles. The engine management warning was lit and it was mis-firing. Mr Andrew REES,the Proprietor, examined all relevant parts including coil, plugs and injectors. The fault was discovered to be a dodgy connection in the plug connecting the coil pack. Total cost £50.00! Highly recommended garage.
