"DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE "

I took my car in for what should have been a simple job: replacing suspension arms. Instead, it turned into a multi-visit nightmare caused entirely by this garage’s own mistakes. On the first visit, they didn’t even tighten the suspension arms properly, which made the car feel unsafe to drive. I had to go back so they could correct their own error. After that, my wheel tracking was completely out. When they adjusted the tracking, they somehow managed to mess up the wheel balancing. Even after trying to fix that, the car still isn’t right. So one job turned into multiple return visits, wasted time, and more problems than I started with. What really topped it off, though, was the attitude. When I calmly asked for a simple apology for all the inconvenience and mistakes, I was met with rudeness instead of any accountability. No ownership, no customer service, just defensiveness. Mistakes happen. But how you handle them matters. This garage managed to combine poor workmanship with poor customer service, which is honestly the worst possible combo. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or safety.

"Excellent service from local family run garage"

I have been using this great garage for about 13 years for my 2002 Honda Civic Max. The guys are great, always friendly, polite and professional and more importantly never overcharge. They give honest straightforward advice, I'm so lucky to have had them recommended to me when I was ripped off at the Honda garage.
