Went in for DPF being full, rear door not unlocking on the central locking, engine fan not running, air con only running whilst car is moving and a full service. All was fixed and fuly resolved in exactly a week and car was ready to pick up. Very good job done on the car and even though the car is on 211,000 miles, it now drives like brand new again

sucked me in trashed the engine on my jag then tried to stiff me for a £3500 bill for a new engine then bought my car at a knock down price

Chris is a liar who sells cars with corrupt MOTs with the help of his friends at Midlands Autotest (CV12 0HY). Promises to sort issues out but has no intention at all to fix. Do not buy anything off this man or trust him with your car. You’ve been warned.

Good - knows about older Jags Bad - Chris happy to lie to your face saying he’s doing/done something even when it’s obvious to you both that he hasn’t. Never answers his phone or returns calls. Definitely don’t take a Jag to him if it’s newer than 2000s - hasn’t got a clue and can’t log anything on Topix (the Jag servicing portal). Took me 3 hours to sort something he couldn’t manage over 4 months. Avoid

They've had my mates car for 5 months promising to fix a gearbox under warranty. It had failed days after he bought it from them. They still haven't done it, and show no signs after doing so. Disgraceful.

I've used Chris now for years he help me with my x type then with my s type and this year with my recent purchase of an xk and i must say they always make me welcome they always know what's wrong and it is always fixed merry christmas to you all and a happy new year keep safe and i shell see you when i get the next problem

Chris and his team have rebuilt the engine of my XF after a catastrophic failure. Kept to the quoted price, valeted the inside and out, loaned me a beautiful XJ Sovereign whilst mine was being repaired as it was going to take a little while to complete. Saved me having to hire a car to get to work and back. Absolute gentleman. Always polite to talk to, and has even asked that I return to the garage in a couple of weeks so they can check the levels and make sure everything is ok. Would I go there again? Absolutely, and when it comes to changing mine, this is where I'm going to see what Chris might have for sale. Thanks to all at CFS Motors Coventry

Been taking my 2005 XJ6 to Chris for 6 years for servicing. Very reasonably priced and lets me know if any thing needs doing before next service. Never "looks" for work to be done that is't necessary .On last visit he had just fixed a problem on a XK8 which a Jag main dealer could not solve.

Chris is fantastic, his knowledge is second to none and he's a top, honest bloke. Managed to diagnose my electrical problem in seconds. He was even good enough to lend me his x type for the day when mine was in for repairs! Very fair prices too. Nice one Chris, I'm over the moon! :)
