Just had a service and MOT work done. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Very reasonable costs as well. As always this garage and its staff , deliver the goods to a high standard and competence. Would recommend this garage to anyone who wants top quality service.

I find them trustworthy with good customer care

I've dealt with Central Garage almost continuously from around 1997, with a series of Citroen vehicles. Their service has been excellent, with work carried out as and when necessary, rather than as stipulated for mileage alone, which has been low due to driving mostly on the island. Their free collection service has always been prompt, with the vehicle sometimes returned within half a day. I can't remember ever having to complain about their work. To be fair, for a short while I had a Fiat that was looked after by Harwoods on the island, and their service seemed to be equally good. I haven't heard of bad service from any franchised dealer on the Isle of Wight.
