When my VW dealer fitted a replacement radio they disturbed the TomTom hard wired unit that CBS had fitted rendering it loose & no longer receiving the car's electrical supply. CBS replaced the sticky pads on the dash mount holder that the VW dealer had lost & they wired in a new lead to the dash mount to replace the one that had it's micro USB plug damaged by clumsy fitting. All while I waited & for less than £10. Highly recommended!
