they drove my car without permission not only did they not wear a seat belt but they were speeding through the village and took it on an unnecessary joy ride

My father in laws car was serviced and in doing they also repaired a faulty door lock ( at zero cost) which I had struggled with yest they did the repair properly which is nice to see garages taking pride in what they do.

not only did they not complete the service and MOT they chiarge for work they did not do. also the fuel is well over priced. I will not be being any of my family cars back to this so called service station. I will tell my working staff and friends not to use this garage

The garage was recommended by several coworkers and it really is a bit of a drive to a small village. But it was well worth the drive. Knowledge of foreign cars was the selling point. I can see why they are always busy, but the attention to detail in their repairs and service is worth the wait for an appointment.

I needed a quick fix to my car and they were happy to help. They fitted me in on a Saturday morning and sorted my exhaust within minutes getting me back on the road. The service from Nikki and Matt the owners was first class with nothing to much trouble. The service was so exceptional that I deviated from my usual garage for my MOT and booked in with the same great service.this is an old fashioned garage with state of the art customer service. Thank you guy's I will be back.

Very poor Service well over priced left my car in the street would not recommend

I have a Renault Twingo 1.2 which developed an Oil leak around the sump plug. The chief Mechanic and Owner Mick got his guys to drain the sump twice and (roadtest each time) and tried different types of washer to no avail and so they took off the sump and found one of the welds holding the thread inside the sump had fractured which is what Mick thought would be the problem when I first told them I had a problem. There was no drama, they were happy to talk to me about the issue in a very friendly way. They sorted it really quickly, impressive. Costs are very resonable and about 30-40% less than Renault, great.

Although at first sight this garage may appear somewhat chaotic it offers old fashioned service which has almost completely gone.out of style.Recently I went there with a failed alternator at 5 pm one evening. No question of booking it in. " Just leave it here and pick it up in the morning". Typical helpful response. Allied to complete honesty and unbelievably low labour charges and friendly approach makes this a little gem on the Cambridgeshire/Northamptonshire border. Mike Muncaster
