From the start the instructions for sending in my instrument panel were extremely easy to follow. After posting the part, I received a call the following morning telling me it had already been repaired. Payment is extremely easy to do and can be done over the phone or on the easy online form.The instrument panel was received well packed with no marks or damage and as soon as the panel was back in the car it worked instantly. Couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided and the efficiency is unbelievable!

My repair request was sent by post and was received back in four days at what I consider to be a more than reasonable price. The vehicle maker wanted £1600 to repair /replace the item and I paid about one tenth of that. Would really recommend this outfit

Left the windows open on the car and went away for a week - result drenched instrument binnacle (coastal location). Spurious amber and red oil warnings on the central display, continual spurious hand brake warning audio, no visual indications and warning lights on the speedo and tacho at all, no instrument illumination at all. 2 1/2 hours after I dropped the binnacle off, I received a phone call to say it was fixed. The bottom part of the circuit board had been sitting in water and was completely corroded (amongst the worst they had seen). The technician advised that any one else would have written it off. He rewired 8 tracks to achieve a complete fix all for £150. It is at least for the present working perfectly and all on an instrument they had been initially been reluctant to accept as being too modern. These guys are pros! Had I needed to get the binnacle replaced I would have had to pay the main dealer to do it at stratospheric cost (the instrument forms part of the security system)

I live in Guernsey channel islands & took my mk1 audi tt over to have the dash cluster repaired on friday the 13 of all days. They took the dash out, did the repair in just over the hour at a cost of £160. Brilliant job very happy

Dash cluster on my 07 Vauxhall Signum failed. Rang Cartronix, Waterlooville for estimate £99.00 + £40.00 labour incl. VAT. Arranged to take car to their workshops and work took 40 mins while I had a cup of coffee in nearby M&S. Very helpful, very quick, excellent value - if I had take to my garage, would probably taken 2 days and cost 3 times as much. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cartronix is not really a garage but an Electronics Service/Repair centre. Our Fiat 500 speedo failed just out of the 3 year warranty, naturally. Fiat quoted £500+ just for the 'non-repairable' cluster. Labour not included. We contacted Cartronix, arranged a sit-and-wait appointment at a time to suit ourselves and went for a coffee at the local Waitrose. On return the unit had been replaced with what actually looks like a new unit. The bill? Just £150, removal and fitting (optional.. 1 hour) was £40. You can send them the unit, have it repaired and fit it yourself if you wish, but we asked them to do it. There's a 2 year warranty too. Check out the website for more info. We reckon we saved close to £400, So.. Give them a mention Honest John!
