"incompetent, uncaring and poor customer service"

continued poor service, left my car with them all week, didn't fix the fault with the car that I had highlighted was the fault, now have to pick the car up on Monday which is a two hour round trip for me, very poor communication, they send out emails but ignore replies and this is the third time I've had a similar issue over the last few years. Lovely polite people but there's something very wrong with the management and organisation that really needs sorting out

Range rover Sport Autobiography 2015 dynamic 87.000 vehicle not worth a tenth now Carrs have messed around with it. Jerking gear change pre kickdown only happening on hills they said they didn't know, finally blamed it on oil sensor they originally said had a "mechanical" issue remaining attached then said it was electrical. shoddy shameful service with extremely "fluid" information.

"Absolutely excellent service, very prompt attention and a reasonable bill for emergency transmission repairs."

We had an auto gearbox oil loss in our Discovery whilst towing a heavy caravan from the Midlands to Falmouth resulting in a sudden total loss of drive 80 miles short of destination. After being told we would have a three week wait by two indpendent repairers, with all the logistical problems that would cause us, we identified main dealer Carrs at Threemilestone, near Truro, who suggested we get the car there as soon as possible. We recovered the car to them (Green Flag, also highly recommended) and the caravan to our destination near Falmouth. That was late on a Friday afternoon. Carrs identified the problem, a failed oil pipe seal, on Monday morning, we picked the car up at 11 a.m. Tuesday morning, getting home safely that day. Carrs even did an extremely good job of cleaning the oil off the Land Rover. Wish I'd left the caravan with them too!! It was really good to find such a refreshing attitude to VOR problems.
