The entire experience was handled with a personal, caring attitude seldom experienced these days right from the initial contact through to collecting the car afterwards. I was asked if I would prefer the manufacturers parts or cheaper alternatives to be used which was nice. The car was received back in the same condition as it was left in.

Asked to remedy work on a car that failed a mot, and instead of carrying out the work they re-mot’d it and called to confirm they had done no work and it had failed another mot. They had asked to have the car all day so they could do the work and then mot it at the end of the day, then refused to provide a refund for a mot test which was pointless doing until it had remedial work done. Not to be trusted
