Cambridge Toyota

Bought the car in 2020 from Steven Eagell Bishops Stortford and took the car for an annual service in Aug 2021. Car was serviced but all the paperwork shows it as being the old car that we traded in, not the car that was serviced. No one whilst servicing the car noticed that it was 7 years newer and different to that shown on their worksheets. Try as we may they seem to be unable to update anything and consequently our car doesn’t have a full service history, not happy. The last service in August was carried out and the paperwork shows the correct vehicle. However, whilst the sat nav was updated upon leaving the garage it was obvious to us that the sat nav didn’t actually work. None of the Toyota trained technicians seemed to notice that just beggars belief. Subsequent to this the car was collected to our house and taken back to the dealers for the job to be done correctly. The third time the car has had to be collected to do work that should have been done in the first instance. This is the third Toyota we have had, first from this dealer, and given the dealerships performance it will be the last Toyota. Shame really.
