Camberley Audi

The sales department is a complete shambles. I have had the worst customer service from the sales department to the extent I was being shouted at. They are quick to sell but after sales complete rubbish. They do not match up to other luxury car dealers. The whole of the sales team need training and how to deal with customers. Stay away from Audi Camberley.

When the car was delivered to Audi (at 9am) for the third annual service, the staff indicated that the first MOT was due within one month and I requested the MOT to be completed. The MOT was conducted BEFORE the car was serviced and failed due to damage on the inside wall of the front tyre. Additionally, the rear offside Shock absorber was found to be "weeping" and marked as an advisory on the MOT, for which they quoted in the region of £169 to replace, even though the car was still under warranty. I asked Audi to replace both front tyres - which required them to keep the car overnight - but by three o'clock the following day, the car was not ready for collection. Overall, it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience

I've bought "approved" used car from Camberley Audi which I now think was stupid thing to do. First I've discovered strange noise under the bonnet returned back to the garage - they've claimed they've fixed it by replacing some pipe or something - that did not help, whistling sound was still there - I've lost one day. Returned car back to Camberley garage. they said that this time its turbo which is broken - left car for a day they've "replaced" turbo (which I doubt they did) but the whistling noise is still there and its very annoying to drive. Now - car paint on front bumper started to peel off - only few month after the sale! almost new car! They don't even want to respond any more. STAY AWAY from Camberley Audi!!!! DO NOT BUY FORM THEM!!!
