Visited this garage in January to have a new part fitted , They charged me 320 pound , They fitted the wrong part and the car wasn't fixed , I went back but they didn't want to know . Avoid this garage at all costs

Went in for MOT staff were friendly helpful and efficient...will receive use

charged for replacement clutch, didn't put gear selector back properly- instead left clamp loose and plastic tied cables. I complained that I couldn't get into gear and they didn't want to know. Had to take it to a properly garage to finish the job safely. Even my mechanic was shocked at how they had left the car. Avoid at all costs if you value your own safety.

My experience cannot be typical otherwise they would have no customers at all - maybe I was unfortunate to lose a lot of money, time and my car, but I certainly deserved a better level of service and care.

went for mot, my wing mirror was hanging off,asked if they could put new one on for me while they done mot. the main man came out his office and put it on for me before it went in for mot. car needed a couple of bulbs also. anyway when i got the bill they only charged me for the mot. i also got a job done on my car a couple of years ago at this garage, i was quoted a hundred pound at a other garage, i then took it here and got it done for forty eight pound.
