I purchased a car from the dealer last May. They couldn't of helped me more having had difficulties with my local dealership. The sale and service were excellent. I was so satisfied with their help that I decided to return the car for its annual service. They agreed to do it the same day, took my family into town and collected us. The car was pristine on collection and staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Mk6 Volkswagen Golf from Caffyns Eastbourne 3 years ago and they have serviced it ever since. They have always been courteous, efficient and very helpful. After the car came out of warranty and at 36,000 miles the Mechatronics unit on the DSG gearbox failed. Caffyns arranged with Volkswagen for a free replacement and for them to pay half the fitting charge. The unit had to be obtained from Germany and in the meantime they provided me with a new Mk7 Golf totally free of charge. Main dealer servicing may cost more than the local garage but this excellent service certainly makes it very worthwhile.
