The annual service was according to manufacturer specifications, with an agreed price set many weeks beforehand. Not only that, but when I drew their attention to a perforation issue on the tailgate, they assisted me in making a claim under the vehicle's Anti-perforation Warranty, the vehicle now being over nine years old. The claim has been assessed and accepted, with remedial work to be done at their expense in the very near future. I consider this the most excellent customer service, and both Bussey's and Peugeot UK are to be complimented.
