I have used this company a few times as it is in walking distance to my place of work. One of the chaps that you book your car with has always been a little abrupt. However this time when my car broke down and I had to leave my car for a week while they waited for a part, he was damn right rude. I rang every other day for updates but was told in no uncertain terms that I should stop wasting my 10pences and wait for him to call me for updates. I pointed out that in the 5 days I had never received a call from them once and if I hadn't chase them up the part would never had got ordered. To add insult to injury when I arrived to collect the mended car and pay my dues the car wouldn't start and the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree without the key. I waited 3/4 of an hour for them to sort it out. Now I am holding my breath to see if the problem as really been fixed by them. Will never use them again.

Only good things to say about these hard working guys. This is an old fashioned type of workshop, they will take on any car. Nothing is spotlessly clean, it's not that type of place, but it's my first choice.
