I have never in my whole life been spoken to as rudely and abusively as I was by the sales manager at this garage. I have even written to the group CEO but despite him acknowledging that he received the email on twitter (to quieten me down?) he has not replied after 4 weeks. I would not recommend anyone to use this garage based on my family and friends experiences. Faulty brakes on the car we sold you... not our problem. The car is not an ex demonstrator but rather a hire car? not our problem. We promised to pay an introduce a friend payment but then failed to do so despite being chased.... not our problem. There's a problem with your car? Must be how you are driving it.... what? you mean I cant drive a car you sell like any other car? on leaving... please make sure you score us 10 out of 10!!!!! I think not!!! I could write much more and all can be backed up by facts, emails and multiple witnesses.
