I brought a brand new C1, in 2010. The first SERVICE was not fully completed, but the tick sheet said it had. Had rust showing on the bonnet (behind the badge), they reluctantly re-sprayed it. A piece of plastic broke off inside the engine compartment (not long after Citroen worked on it) and fell on to the hot engine causing it to melt and stink. I had to pay for the part and citroen fitted it. Then it started to get CLUTCH problems (would not select the gears easily). Citroen fixed it commenting it was a minor problem ? It took NINE weeks to repair, because they lost the repair sheet and the car was sat in the compound. I wrote to the parent company VERTU and they just fobbed me off. Then the GEARBOX began to fail, after FOUR visits the stripped it down and rebuilt it. My Recommendation is to DRIVE PAST THEM and don't look back, look elsewhere.
