As my query was a warranty claim they just were not interested. They also lied to me about my claim being sat with VAG when VAG told me it was sat with the Dealership. No promised call backs were ever made and I was just fobbed off every time I contacted them .

Bought a new golf GTI in December 2016. The car was excellent but had problem with blind spot assist. Breeze , with VW help tried to correct the fault but could not after a reasonable time . I asked what my options were and without hesitation said" we order you a new car" This they did and I collected it last Monday 4th December. This is the updated mk 7.5.with extra bits and pieces, higher spec than our original and even changed the colour. At all times they were courteous, efficient and treated myself and my wife like royalty. They really could not have been better and could not do enough for us. Obviously it helped that we were long standing customers and were always polite and helpful.
