Good service and MOT completed efficiently

I went to Boston spa garage on Thursday because my brakes were making a terrible squealing noise from the left passenger front side I was quoted £60.00 for calipers and 1hours free labour charge I thought this was great. I booked my car in for Saturday and thought great. Saturday at 11.00am I revived a phone call saying my car was ready and I could pick it up the lady said I owed £304.00. I was shocked at his price after being quoted £60.00 plus labour. They never rang me to say how much it was they just fitted the parts and told me the cost. This is outrageously unfair and am shocked at the customer service they provided. After his encounter all the woman had to say was sorry like this was going to help. Will not be using this garage again and I will be posting this to my friends and family. Outraged is not the word how can they even do this.

This garage a very keen on selling you things that you might not necessarily need. When my mother took her car their, she was sold tyres that the car never needed and played on fear to convince her she needed them. Whilst the service from the staff was ok, I think people need to be weary of trusting what you are told at this garage.

Just taken my car for a service at this garage. They were to carry out an 11 year service of my Vauxhall Corsa. For £152 I got an oil and filter change and a pollen filter change. No spark plugs or air filter. On getting into the car it stank of Polish which is a garage trick to make you believe they have done work on the car. Just because it's Boston Spa does mean we have to be robbed blind. I won't be taking my car here again.

They sold an excellent reasonably priced second hand Toyota,which given first class service over almost 2years

We put this garage on the list not because of a specific case, but because we have used them for many years to service and generally look after our often quite old cars; and always been well satisfied with their work.
