Boston Audi recently had my 7 year old car in for an engine cooling fault. Originally I was quoted £400 for diagnostics and possible thermostat replacement. They eventually determined a faulty thermostat and did the diagnostics and repairs in one day. The final bill was less than £100 including dreaded VAT. All in all I am ver satisfied by the service provided by this franchised dealer.
