My RAV4 D2D was in for a regular 10K service at 79K miles. It was found that coolant was escaping from expansion tank, and there was concern that the head might blow. We were due a 14 day holiday in Scotland in a couple of weeks. It was suggested that we borrow a car from the dealer whilst they replace the engine! This was to be done by Toyota and all I paid was £94 for ancillary bits and pieces! We thought this an amazing service from a main dealer!
