I went in as I had a dashboard light come on, and rather than spend the 5 minutes or less, hooking up their little computer to find out the problem, and then deciding on how to proceed, I would have to make an appointment to have the car taken in, meaning a 30 mile trip for 2 cars to drop it off and then pick up later with 2 cars, when as I was already there, they could have done it in less than 5 minutes. But they did not have the time for a Kia Customer
