Overcharged us on the service plan and seven weeks later have yet to refund the difference despite multiple assurances they would. Staff are uninterested, callbacks are promised but don’t occur. Car also has a persistent beep which they’ve shown no interest or ability to remove instead pretending its a feature of the car. All around weak customer service.

Went in to purchase a light bulb: first one on our Octavia in 6 years and 85000 miles. Hoped they might fit it for free for me. They did, and wouldn't let me pay for the bulb either! Amazing! Long may they be so helpful: they'll certainly keep my Skoda custom for as long as they are.
