I had an engine light come on a few days after they had replaced the throttle body on my VW Tiguan last week, when I phoned I was told to bring it straight down which I did, the owner checked it out straight away, found an unusual fault he only seen once before that affects the wiring to the fuel pump, after about 1 1/2 hours and some cleaning of wiring contacts, a new fuel filter (just to be on the side of caution) and diesel conditioner, it was cleared, no charge either which was a really nice touch They have looked after this car since the VW warranty ran out in 2017 and nothing is ever a problem, always done the same day I also had a remap done with the last service, it was worth every penny (good value at under £300), more mid range power and 20% more economy. I'd certainly recommend their services for anyone in the Bedford area who has a VAG vehicle
