Birchwood Ford

I visited this garage recently, enquiring after servicing and buying a new car. There seemed to be several customers complaining. One lady in particular had left her car at 9am for service & MOT and expected to pick it up at 2pm. She was less than pleased because it wasn't ready at 2.30. And when they got it round it had extra dirty marks. They cleaned these off but the amazing thing (and one wonders why the lady had bothered again) was that this was the second year running (according to her) that this had happened. I was still there a bit later talking to one of the car salesmen when two chaps on the service reception desk decided to express a view about this particular customer. It wasn't complimentary, and clearly none of the proffered apologies meant anything. Several friends have described Birchwood, especially at Eastbourne and Bexhill as "up themselves". I went elsewhere....
