As a local resident, I'm deeply unimpressed by the inconsiderate parking of Benton vehicles in scarce public roadside parking spaces and the habit of using one vehicle to block 2 spaces when the other vehicle is being used. I would expect this attitude to be reflected in their professional approach as well. Selfish and inconsiderate.

Excellent service. Explained all features of work done. All work carried out carefully. A professional business, and reasonable cost.

These people are BMW, Audi, VW, Seat & Mini specialists. I'm changing my car and am thinking of a BMW. I'm not very car savvy so, I went in to ask for advice and as a potential future customer. Andrew was clearly busy but took the time to talk to me about my future purchase. He was really helpful and gave me some very useful advice including pitfalls to avoid and cost of servicing. This advice is invaluable for someone who lacks the mechanical knowledge when it comes to car purchasing and I am really grateful to him. In addition, the lady on reception was also very courteous. All in all, a very positive experience. I will be back for all my mechanical needs once I have my BMW and I would be more than happy to recommend this garage to anyone.

Even though I live 40 mins away from the garage I have recently had two of my cars serviced at Benton's Ely because they were recommended to me by a friend. I should say that the service provided was friendly and reliable. However, what prompted me to write this review was the fact that I recently went back to them to get some modifications done prior to exporting my car. The modifications were performed in a very timely manner and incredibly Andrew refused to charge me for them as he felt that it did not require any parts. This form of honesty and good will is rarely shown in any circumstance and should highlight why this garage is so highly recommended.

Benton's specialise in VW, Audi and BMW. Having had company cars for 20 years and not thought about the costs previously I had to look for a good independent for my used A6. After 3 visits, MOT, Servicing and lastly a repair I have nothing but praise for the quality and service received. I recently looked at changing my car and was asked about the service history by the dealer, when I told him it was main dealer to 40K and then Benton's he was more than happy
