Lookers Skoda, Harrogate

I bought a new Skoda Fabia from Benfield Skoda in Harrogate but the rear wiper would not work. Benfield was unable to find a replacement. I had to make a 600 mile round trip to pick up my disabled granddaughter; without a rear wiper in atrocious weather this would not be possible. The General Manager of Benfield's, Nigel Clayton drove 20 plus miles to my home and apologised profusely. Nigel handed me the keys to his own car, a brand new Skoda Superb 4x4 estate, complete with a full tank of fuel and told me to keep the car for as long as it takes to put the Fabia right. When we collected the Fabia a couple of days later it was fixed, fuelled and valeted. Can anyone beat that. Mike Hughes Wetherby
