My immediate family own 5 Fords and we've used this dealership for over 20 years. Whilst one could argue that this gives us a "bit more clout", I have heard nothing disparaging from any local Ford owner regarding them. Service has always been excellent and we have always felt that they've tried to save us money, rather than the other way around which we've all come to expect from dealerships.
