i took my ford c-max in for a service and brake check .. they phoned me and asked if i would come up and look at the car as they were a little concerned about the rear brakes .. (considering i had just had the rears done 9 weeks ago .. then i was suprised to say the least .. ) sure enough when i got there .. the rears were nearly metal to metal .. i explained that these had just recently been done .. but as i could see from the pads they hadn't been touched in a long while ... i asked the lads why they didn't just do the job for me and then show me at the end .. but their reply was .. they never do anything without the owners say so .. and they always show the customer the state of the vehicle so they know they are not being ripped off ... when the lads had finished the whole job also .. all the parts were there for me to see what they had changed on my car .. which all in all i thought was a very profesional way to go about things .. and have recommended them to a lot of friends
