Beadles Toyota, Maidstone

Car was recalled by Toyota and a bolt snapped off , a week later I got the car back . Then with a serious engine noise I took it to two garages including another Toyota Garage, the main dealer found Maidstone had failed to tighten the bolts . Two letters and an email have been totally ignored so I am £400 out of pocket for their incompetence, and failure to care enough about their customers to respond. So much for customer service !

Having been somewhat disappointed with other Toyota dealers in my area, I first visited them in 2009. I have since purchased three new cars from them and found their sales and service performance to be outstanding always with the appropriate degree of politeness. Most unusual !!!!!
