Customer Service would appear to be an alien concept at what is now Ancaster Nissan Eltham. The service manager (Mark) is unhelpful and rudely dismissive. I was texted that my car was (expensively) repaired and ready for collection, yet when I arrived it hadn't been worked on at all and would not be ready until the following day. I then had to return again as the boot light had been left disconnected while seeking the cause of battery drain. Two avoidable round trips of 25 miles each. No apologies, rude receptionist, incompetent staff. Avoid.

WHAT WAS BEADLES NISSAN IS NOW ANCASTER NISSAN - THE ELTHAM BRANCH / SERVICE CENTRE IS NOW OWNED BY ANCASTER NISSAN - FROM EARLY NOVEMBER 2012. I BELIEVE THAT THE SERVICE ENGINEERS AND SERVICING ADMINISTRATION TEAM HAS REMAINED ALMOST THE SAME - SO I WOULD STILL EXPECT VERY GOOD SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP FROM THIS NISSAN MAIN DEALER SERVICE CENTRE. I HAVE NOT YET USED THE `NEW` COMPANY AS MY VEHICLE IS NOT DUE FOR A SERVICE / ANY WORK AT PRESENT - BUT I HOPE THAT I CAN LOOK FORWARD TO THE SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT I PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED AT THIS LOCATION. I am a Customer of Beadles Nissan at Eltham for Servicing - Repairs and MOT`s - I have been very pleased with the Workmanship and Customer Service that I have received from them. Their prices are at a level that I would expect from a Main Dealer Service Centre and you are getting `Experts` on Nissan Vehicles for work on your Nissan - also Nissan Approved parts are fitted as a matter of course. I have had clear explanations given to Me when I have requested more details on a Repair or something that has been noticed during the `Visual Checks` that are carried out during a Service which has been really helpful. The Customer Service representatives are VERY helpful and I have never been treated better by any Company - certainly not any other Garage / Service Centre. For Beadles Customers part of the Beadles Group is a Landrover Main Dealer which has a `Body Shop` / Accident Damage Repair Centre - Customers of Beadles can have their Accident / Paintwork Damage repaired there. At the Body Shop they carry out repairs on mainly Landrovers and Range Rovers - some of these vehicles can cost over £70,000 - I have had Paintwork Repairs and a Bumper replacement to My Nissan Xtrail carried out there and as I expected they did an Excellent Job - again with Excellent Customer Service. The Prices for those Repairs and the New Bumper were NOT `Expensive` - considering the standard of Workmanship that they produce. I would recommend Beadles Nissan and Beadles Landrover without hesitation for Excellent Customer Service and Workmanship. I hope that this review is helpful to prospective Customers. Chris
