I bought a 2003 330ci sport with 6 speed manual gearbox. Took it to BayMow to have it checked over and flag up any issues. Very professional. You can tell these are enthusiasts. My car was collected early in the morning by Neil. I had originally booked it in for a service but when he arrived I mentioned a tricky aircon fault also. Both jobs were undertaken the same day and the car returned to my home in the evening. All at a reasonable cost with a smile. Highly recommended.

Took my 530d GT for two rear suspension air bags to be fitted. It only took two hours to fit them and that included cleaning the filter in my washer bottle. Great value for money and great service. I would recommend this garage to any BMW owner.

Visited BayMow for the first time today for a full service (oil/filter, microfilter, air & fuel filter). Great approachable team who greeted me quickly and assured me my 120d was in good hands straight away. Not long after, received a call to say my BMW was ready and waiting for collection. They went the extra mile by doing a full vehicle check (£75 at main dealers! - my only note would be to have received a written report/print out as well as the verbal update) and tightening hand break cable, advising on future service items but not in a pushy sales way at all. Great bunch of guys, so best of luck to them for their continued success with this well-rated BMW independent. I'll be back for sure. Cheers!

My son and I have been using Baymow for many years. They only service BMWs but as a consequence know everything there is to know about the marque. They have all the BMW diagnostic equipment and always go the extra mile to provide excellent service.
