I still have great confidence in Baylis particularly the Reception staff who are pleasant and most helpful.The servicing team are under pressure to get jobs out and don't have time to do a road trial before investigating further.I look forward to my next visit and most grateful to you Martyn for your patience..Rodney Cunliffe PS I had to put £100 in the box above,there was no zero.
