Checked opening hours online, visited today (a Sunday) to buy a door lock module, a component that repeatedly fails due to poor design. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes without being spoken to. Eventually: Door lock, please? Not on a Sunday. 15 minutes wait to hear that? I didn't know. Same everywhere. No garage does spares on a Sunday. Price? Wouldn't know where to look, mate. A lone staff member was unable to cope and apparently not bothered by this. Dismissive, unhelpful, rude. I'll buy on eBay.

We drove down from London for a day out and the engine warning light came on. Called into this garage. Car needed a repair and a part. They were kind enough to give my husband and I (we are pensioners) a lift into Hastings and collect us when the car had been fixed. Excellent customer service and special thank you to Callum for his kindness.
