Barrett Lee

I've just had my car MOT and service completed by Barrett-Lee, who I've been using for years, and their service was excellent as always. Their staff are very courteous and helpful and their prices are very reasonable for the work they do. Its rare these days to find a garage / service centre you can trust implicitly, but for me Barrett-Lee are those people. Highly recommended

I brought my last car here for around 13 years and had excellent care without exception. I bought a second hand car with a 5 year service warranty and 3 years left so had to attend the main dealer. I took it back to Barrett Lee this year did its MOT and service. The guys in reception were the same (good sign of a happy workplace) and once again I feel very happy knowing my car is once again in excellent hands. We have to travel further now as we moved house but it’s worth every penny. Any problems were fully explained and it was great to see Adam, Michael and Carl again. I fully recommend this garage

I have been a loyal customer of Barrett-Lee for several years and they are my first port of call for all matters relating to our cars. I have always found them to be honest and trustworthy regarding their advice and the quality of their work. So much so, that they advised me to have one of our cars serviced by the main dealer to ensure warranty was not impaired. I've not found may service centres prepared to turn away work! Their workshop is clean and modern and the waiting area is comfortable and welcoming, there is a large window overlooking the workshop where you can watch the work being carried out. Vehicles are always return in a very clean condition. I have found their prices to be very competitive. I am prepared to pay for high quality customer service and workmanship, which is what I have always received from Barrett-Lee.

Good garage, very honest and gave good advice on one of my tyres which could of been dangerous. Not bad price and a job well done .will definitely recommend to friends and will use again.

excellent service, quickly carried out

I used this garage for many years for servicing, MOTs and repairs. They were always friendly but very professional. I had complete confidence that my car was being well cared for. I sold the car later that year and one of the regrets is no longer using this garage.
