The keys to our VW stopped working. Barnetts took money to repair them but they still did not work. When we asked them to repair them properly, they demanded an exorbitant fee in order to research the actual problem and make sure to get the job done properly. The keys still don't work and would not apologise nor offer a refund. Not sure if it's criminal energy or honest incompetence. Barnetts are also unable to replace a mirror (waiting for months now).
