Barnetts Volkswagen, Dundee

I sent this review to Barnetts today, it's contents can also be used on this site. Writing a unsolicited review is something I don't normally do. However felt I needed to after recent work and service carried out on my vehicle. Its rare in this day and age that you recieve excellent customer relations and service .... something from a bygone age that Barnetts VW clearly value and still do do so well from sales to maintenance and repairs. Please pass on my thanks to Martin and Mell at service reception also the Garage mechanic who carried out the work on my car today. Excellent job all round as always. I have been using Barnetts VW in Dundee throughout its several incarnations over the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. They maintained my Golf VR6 for 15 years; recently I purchased a new car from them. Every aspect of the garage is excellent. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It's easy to book, by phone or email, and get an appointment in a reasonable time. The quality of the work is superb and the pricing very reasonable. What is more is they are honest; they will give you warnings that something might need attention in the future, but won't make you spend unnecessary money. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for anything VW.
