Went in for an MOT. Gave me an £800 bill, which other garages later told me was ridiculous, once I refused to pay they added on additional charges and when I said I won’t pay the additional charges they refused to give the car back. They are scammers do not trust ever!

Phoned in a panic as the mot was due. Booked in next morning for test. Failed and needed dealer only parts which BVS collected. Got everything done by school pick up time. Didn't hassle about my not wearing a mask as I'm exempt. This is becoming a big deal! Oh I was offered a courtesy car which I declined.

i was stuck well and truly,the reception said bring it in today we will do our best,got done straight away and gave me a car to get home in.also did my colleges bmw clutch the same day,when all other gges quoted a week before they could even look at it.

Took my vehicle in for a noise, told by another garage that it needed a new gearbox, turned out to be a much cheaper wheel bearing replacement, To job by to mechanics

Absolutely brilliant! On way in the Caterham 7 to catch the ferry at Plymouth to start a two week touring holiday of Spain and France. Had a problem with a failed part on the way. Not something I could fix without a replacement and a ramp. We diverted to Okehampton and called in here on spec. A bit worried about the time available before our sailing tbh. A repair was effected within 40 mins and we were on our way. Very (very) reasonable charge (so much so that we left a tip). Super helpful, super friendly. And the place is spotless which says a lot in itself. Could not recommend more highly.
