We have never bought a car from Balldocks but they have serviced all our cars for 12 years. When I was a driving instructor they'd drop everything to replace a failed bulb inaccessible without hydraulic lifts. They even "robbed" one of their own cars of a brake light switch when they didn't have one in stock.
