Desperately phoning around to have my car looked at after my brakes failed, spoke to Neil in their workshop who fitted me in even though they were fully booked, diagnosed a corroded NSR brake line that had perished, repaired with full system bleed. Now the brake pedal feel is the best its ever been in my 5-years of ownership - Outstanding!!!

Family business, but we'll resourced. Useful reminders when work is due, good communication when they have your car with an attention to detail. Give an honest opinion and won't replace parts just for the sake of it.

I have been using Bakers for a number of years for the servicing and Mots of all my cars (and my wife's). They provide a very attentive professional service and always manage to "squeeze" you in if a sudden problem occurs.

I have always been able to phone up and book my car in at very short notice if required, and have even turned up unannounced for quick fault diagnosis with no problems at all.
